W5 Design teamed with another architecture firm for this 110,000 sf Outpatient Care Center. The Westfield OCC is a green-field outpatient care center and ambulatory surgery hospital designed and planned for one of the quickest growing communities in Indiana.
The project includes an emergency department, patient testing lab, imaging department, employee clinic, and workmed clinic on the First Floor, an ambulatory surgery, 8-bed pre / post op unit, and 4-bed inpatient unit on Second Floor. Rehab and fitness center on Third Floor, and two floors of medical office space with satellite labs on floors four and five.
This new building will have it’s own identity in a very prominent location in Westfield while building upon the Riverview Health branding of the existing main medical campus in Noblesville.
