Confidential Client

Healthcare Campus

Master Planning
W5 Design, in conjunction with another architecture firm, provided a multi-year, multi-phased medical campus master plan for this confidential client.

The master planning process utilized online questionnaires. W5 Design developed, distributed and analyzed 22 departmental questionnaires and conducted 22 departmental meetings to gain insight from the staff. The questionnaires and meetings informed the space program and master plan which determined the additional square footage needed to be added to the campus in multiple phases.
This master plan identified desired future programming and required phasing. Deliverables consisted of phased floor plans, site plans, and exterior elevations. Each phase was accompanied by a narrative describing the program, phasing, and projected budgets.

Project Cost: $28,300,000
Project Size: 99,000 sf
