Assisted and independent Living Facililty

Senior LIving Projects
This project consisted of creating an addition for 16 private resident rooms and renovating the existing 67-bed Skilled Nursing facility. A new traditional aesthetic was developed for the addition. These details were then applied to the existing 1960's facility to update the entire facility and create a more warm and inviting atmosphere. Unique feature incorporated are vaulted ceilings with skylights, a 1950's themed diner and sun porches at the end of each resident wing.

Durable materials such as flocked resilient flooring and stain and moisture resistant upholstery were used throughout the project
