W5 DESIGN is working with a home remodeling company that buys and resells older homes in the Cincinnati area.  All of the homes are modernized with almost complete gutting of the original layouts to create more open areas.  Master bedroom suites are created along with additional bedrooms.  Often the remodeling adds a 2nd story or builds out the attic space to create value in the property.
