Master Planning Project
39,500 SF

Master Planning
This master planning project for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Radiology Department utilized lean design concepts of electronic questionnaires to users, operational flow diagrams and multi-disciplinary design charrettes. The master plan team developed a Proposed Space Program, and short and long-term Master Plans for the department. The Proposed Space Program was based on meeting all of the needs of the department through 2015. This program showed a need for an additional 11,025 square feet for a total departmental gross square footage of 39,500 gross square feet.

W5 DESIGN team members provided analysis of the existing department facility and operations, volume data analysis to project future space and equipment needs, conceptual planning and imagery, and multi-year phasing and cost analysis.
