New building for manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. i

Commercial Projects
W5 DESIGN provided the interior design and furniture selections for this new 54,000 sf manufacturing and office building.  In addition,  W5 DESIGN provided construction administration for the 8,700 sf office portion assuring that the Design-Build contractor was conforming to the contract and the Owners expectations of the finished interior should be.

The interior aesthetics were quite a departure from the late 1980's office decor they were currently occupying.  The design parti played off the black and red corporate colors and a contrast of industrial materials balanced by the warmth of wood.  A redesign of the Lobby space was necessary as it was awkwardly designed by the project architect. A more functional and organized Lobby created the entry that the Owner desired.
